The mini pool with warm water was perfect for my little one, and the kids' club was a solid distraction for my older kids. The breakfast spread was impressive, with delicious options that satisfied the whole family.
The check-in experience was marred by some delays, and the staff at the bar seemed overwhelmed, leading to a lengthy wait for drinks and food served in takeout boxes. the continued use of plastic water bottles and other single-use amenities feels out of step with modern sustainability practices. If you're planning to walk to the nearby train station with luggage, be ready for a sweat—it's quite the trek under that sun.

My stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung By Ihg was wonderful. The junior suite was spacious and offered a stunning view of the Bandung mountains. The executive lounge treated us to delightful snacks and drinks throughout the day, and the staff service was exceptional, especially from Ms. Alya and Mr Hilmi, who made us feel particularly special.
